A Child's Crash Course in Fluxus
2010

The group had a conversation about individuality: if we could ever be fully the same as or fully different from each other. We then followed an instruction by Sol Lewitt from Hans-Ulrich Obrist's Do It compilation of written instructions by artists.

Sol Lewitt, Wall drawing n 989, “a black crooked line is drawn towards the centre of the wall, horizontally and from side to side. Red lines, yellow ones and blue ones are drawn alternatively over and under the black line on the top and bottom of the wall*.”

*for the purposes of the group we had to alter one of the original colours suggested so each child could have the same colour of crayon. We used Orange in place of black.
