Drawings of texts used for the content of my book, Synopses.
Using a popular film website's user-generated content advisory as source material, I created one-page synopses for 55 classic films. Equally absurd, funny, and revealing, each synopsis provides a representation of the culture of North American films, through multiple viewpoints, personal hang-ups, and idiosyncratic explanations. Like a wiki-esque PTA meeting conveyed through flarf.
Each drawing is of the synopsis for one classic film.
